When we opened it up, it was obvious the packaging was previously opened. Many imperfections throughout the inside of the packaging. Upon closer inspection, there were scratches and other blemishes all over the handle and the base. When we reached out to the seller, he denied all responsibility and offered an unacceptable partial refund of 15%. Worst buy ever.

I am utterly disgusted and urge others not to waste their money or time on these placemats.
