Regarding the messages we did not reply too, the first was out of working hours, the 2nd message you sent the next day at 13:55hrs was replied to at 14:01hrs, 6 minutes later, where we answered both mesagges. The order was placed out of hrs on 18 aug, we processed the order on 19th. As we were over a bank holiday we upgraded the delivery to speed it up, the was delivered friday 29th on the 8th working day. We hope you like the product.
