    This item got stuck at a USPS office. The seller was going to ship me a replacement but I did a stupid thing at the same time. I inadvertently submitted a dispute which I thought was just eBay helping with me with a shipping problem. The seller refunded the full price. I apologized to the seller for my gaff. The seller was great.

    The item seemed to have gotten lost in shipping. Not by any fault of their efforts. They responded to my queries about the item. The offered suggestions to locate and get the item moving through the post office. I tried to contact post office to locate with no luck. I told them that and they refunded my item. They offer great customer service

    The only lotion I will ever use

    I love Nivea Soft. I use it on my whole body, including my face. It is the only lotion I will ever use. I used to use Nivea Regular but it just seemed too heavy. Nivea Soft is light but your skin is so soft and full of moisture. I no longer have to buy one lotion for my body and a moisturizer for my face. Once you try it, you will love it...not to mention that the price is perfect!!!

    Wow!!

    I've used Nivea on and off for most of my life. I've recently noticed as I get older my skin is drier especially my hands. This creme is so wonderful. It has a nice light pleasant smell & absorbs quickly and doesn't leave an oily feel to your skin. I highly recommend it!

    To greasy on my face, did not like it. Has mineral oil in it.

    This cream was made in Mexico and they use different ingredients. I do not like a face cream with mineral oil. I will use it for my hand and feet. Germany makes a better quality of my preference and only use ingredient that are beneficial and have demonstrated so. My face feels greasy with this cream and the one made in Germany does not.
