The seller refused to accept responsibility & wanted me to ship her back the 2 broken glasses. My other option was that she would give me a discount for the 2 unbroken glasses. The unbroken shot glasses were stacked inside one another & are completely inseparable. Instead of refunding me the entire cost, she threatened me w/Ebay policies. First off we gave the buyer a good deal on this item only charging $1 plus shipping. We accepted responsibility and tried to find a resolution with the buyer offering either a partial refund of the majority of the order cost if they wanted to keep it and simply informed them the per eBay policy to get a full refund they must put in a return request and send the item back.
