First, the product in the description does not match the actual product, but it does all the same functions. There are no switches to set the modes, however, you need to put in a series of button combinations while inserting the controller in order to do the same thing. The box came with no instructions, however, I did reach out to IST MALL and they were able to answer my questions quickly.

The turntable has been upgraded from the pictures in the listing, it no longer comes with the two screws and has a single pin in the center, also no led's on turntable and no iidx center sticker on turntable any longer. Led's are on the keys only and are very nice. They should update the pictures and description to represent the new updated controller. I am very happy with the controller coming from a ps2 controller for years.
