Aragorn's and Boromir's very thin swords were broken in pieces when I opened the package. Boromir has a strange shaped knobby anomaly protruding from the blade just below the hilt. That is where the blade broke away. Arogorn's was snapped at the hilt. I glued them back in place best I could with super glue, but I doubt it will hold. I will most likely have drill the hilts out and make metal or plastic blades for them.
