The compilation is officially titled Misfits, but is commonly referred to as Collection I and was made up as the first half of a pair with the later release of the compilation album Collection II. It includes several versions of songs that are exclusive to this compilation.

Apparently Movie Mars does not keep stock on hand and orders stock from their suppliers when a customer places an order, hence the long wait time to ship. The new and undamaged condition of CD received and the reasonable price offered made for a satisfactory purchasing experience.
