The item was delivered quickly from the date of dispatch, it was packaged securely to maintain condition.   As always with this seller, was kept informed, even when there was a delay offering a refund if I was not prepared to wait, I waited and the item actually arrived quickly, well packaged and the blu ray was sealed and new as described, excellent price, it was easy to select the English language and was provided an info sheet with the blu ray on how to select the language.
