One of the two shower gel bottles had a broken pump and I had to replaced it with the old pump from a previous bottle. I contacted the seller and told him about the issue. He asked to send him a photo of a broken pump, which I did. The broken pump was already on an old bottle, because I took that pump to replace a broken one. Im sure there can be mistakes made but I have not received any response from the seller yet to clarify what happened here. Very displeased!!.
