  Very disappointed with this one they are selling high end jewellery and when they get a order on a £700 pair of earrings which they are advertising that they have 3 pairs in stock! Then you get a message a few hours later "sorry on holiday and we dont have them in stock order cancelled" there is no wonder they have so few sales from setting account up in 2019. I would say if you order from here you just might not get them

  Thanks for letting me enjoy my short Xmas break and for being a considerate human. As an independent female jeweller I don't sell mass market items but I’m surprised you found data about how many items per year I’m supposed to sell in my business category. I sell outside of eBay too, so be sure I sold more items. As I sell valuable items, I prefer to stay away from entitled customers who manage to cause trouble even when I don’t sell to them. I hope leaving this review made you feel satisfied.

  I think the seller's responses to negative feedback are poorly considered & unreasonably attacking. My £1k item was also cancelled after payment. I didnt receive any seller communication on this. If the seller feels that a buyer is acting 'entitled' when they don't properly inform customers in listings that they always sell the same 'one-off' items on other platforms & don't update their stock in a timely manner & will cancel anytime after payment then they probably shouldn't use eBay to sell

  Hi Martin. I have 3 MSc Degrees and the last in Psychology. You are free to think whatever you like, but the reality is that I am selling high value items making little profit just to be nice to people and I cannot always meet customers' unreasonable expectations. Better customer service is offered by expensive brands. It's not surprising you're frustrated because you didn't get what you wanted, but it happens on eBay and there's better ways to react to this situation than writing angry reviews.

  Is your degree relevant? My stance is not angry. It’s fact-based, advisory & commenting on your sarcastic/passive aggressive responses to others who’ve experienced similar circs. I’m factually pointing out you cancel orders &, in my case, with zero contact. For £1k items, this is ‘frustrating’ for a buyer; they don’t have funds to purchase elsewhere whilst waiting days for money to return. The ‘better way’ is follow my constructive suggestion>add listing disclaimers. Basic logic, not psycholo...
