    Good price for the book. Shipping was slow. Messaged the seller a week after I ordered it to see when they were going to ship it. They responded immediately and said it would be shipped out soon. Got it about a week later. Book did arrive in the date range that they provided though  Minimal packaging. Book is Shrink wrapped and only wrapped in thin plastic. No bubble wrap. Book is in good shape though.

    A great resource to bakers who are milling their own grains. I was milling wheat grain for my own yeast bread but this resource expands to using other grains & other baked goods such as quick breads, muffins, pancakes, cookies, cake, etc. The intro also gives an excellent motivation for milling your own grains vs buying foods made with highly processed flours full of additives. A really complete resource!

  • THE book for home ground flour

    This is the "go to" book for home ground flour I tried other books written for "whole wheat flour" and the recipes were written for store bought flour which is not the same as freshly ground The recipes and insights in this book make light, soft, and delicious bread There are variations for all occasions as well as rolls and pastries I highly recommend this cookbook and also the authors website breadbeckers dot com
