I use them for comfort but also to replace linings that have come away in shoes and trainers. My pain is eased when using these, I can walk more, even walked my dog for a couple of miles around woodland, which I couldn't do before. I swear by these.

The solution was to use insoles like these. I have been doing so & not suffered from the pain & discomfort. These are just the job & very reasonable prices & speedy delivery.
