They called me twice trying to resolve this problem. I didn't pick up, but their voice message was very concerned and very nice. I responded with an eBay message to say "No problem. Just send the remaining mug." They did and they took a few dollars off its price for my trouble. It arrived the next day, well packaged. Great service, wonderful people. The picture and description did not match what I received at all. The seller insisted I must have gotten the thread from another seller and could not conceive that they could have made an error. Only after contacting EBay did I receive a refund. This was my first negative experience using eBay for the last 20 plus years. Thank you eBay for making it right.
