I'll need to find a way to trim the felt down to about half so it's more like the original and doesn't drag on the drum so much it stalls the motor.

He offered us a refund just asking up to send him a picture of the defective item. I rate this seller a 5 as it is just as important how a seller handles a situation when an issue arises as they do when all is well. Thank you
