Slim on any really useful info
You would expect a handbook to include many useful and in depth information to aid you when in need, especially when it is aimed at being prepared, the book is small and very thin the info included is mostly a summary of already established lists of things to have on hand in an emergency, but it is completely lacking in any substance in regards on how to do any useful procedures beyond basic general info.
