  Chiron media provide a great service. It arrived promptly in decent condition considering the edition. There was a small issue with the advertised edition of the book and the one I received. However when I spoke to the seller, they were courteous, understanding and were equitable in their approach to resolving my query. This book was great value for money.   Excellent experience, these are probably the best large bookseller warehouse on eBay , their customer service is personal and responsive and they endeavour to make sure the buyers experience is a good one . Despatched promptly, and this time it was a paperback so it was ok in a polythene envelope. If you are purchasing a heavy hardback , I suggest contacting them in advance, and hopefully they will have implemented robust cardboard packaging to ensure it doesn't get damaged in the post.
