great design, features and size.
I am planning and building a working HO scale train and car neighborhood. While i have only tested the cars i have purchased they are the size i need and reasonably easy to modify the length when i have to so i now have working fire trucks and pick up trucks and cars that are not available as an Aurora standard item. So my review is not so much about how they do racing but the cars and truck have I have built with these chassis have come out beautifully and should perform beautifully and realistically as well. Fast fun.
Well, these are Auto World products. The design is good, the execution leaves a bit to be desired. I participate in a group that races these particular chassis. The rules are pretty certain to encourage nearly stock components, so I buy these in groups of four or five to find one good chassis. This lot of five contained two good ones, which means I am a winner. with some detailed prep work, I can now win a race. In a few months, these may slow to the point of being noncompetitive. They are cheap, and we are having fun. These do make good replacement for the home track or small race groups that don't mind tinkering to get things in order.Well, these are Auto World products. Almost Great Chassis
The Autoworld Tjet complete rolling chassis is good but not great because it is lacking the round chassis magnet that would make it an ultra-g chassis. The magnet makes a big difference because it ensures that the chassis holds the track very well keeping it from popping out of the track slot. The magnets can be purchased separately from Autoworld.

fast , fun , good bang for the buck.

Cheaper than buying all of the included parts individually
Bought two of these chassis. The guide pins on each broke off within the first 5 minutes of use. In addition, the small plastic piece where the slotted front of the shoe slides up and down broke off of one while i was pulling the axle out, as the axles are using the frontmost hole in the chassis, none of my extra bodies use that wheelbase. Knowing these couple things, I still wouldn't hesitate to purchase more of the chassis, I think that they are still worth more than trying to purchase all the included parts individually.Bought two of these chassis.
