The shipping was inexpensive and came pretty quickly. It was packaged in an appropriately sized box with bubble wrap. It came as described. There was a minor buff in the screen but it’s barely noticeable. It was worth the price, especially compared to other digital cameras.

Great idea - Underpowered.
I really wanted this to work. I like the tops of cans coming off WITHOUT the sharp edges (this can opener opens BENEATH the edge. Unfortunately, the batteries just won't power it to do the job right (at least not for long). I swapped out several batteries that tested strong, but the TouCan struggles to do the job. I even bought a 2nd one just in case I got a lemon - same results. If they make this thing to operate stronger & faster (perhaps something that sits on a charger) it will be nice, but as it is it's like that high draft pick you got that never really never lives up to his potential.I really wanted this to work. Not the world's easiest by a long shot
I tried it first time on a tuna fish can. It encircled the can but didn't cut the lid off. Reset the opener and tried again. It encircled the can cutting the lid this cycle and stopped on something near the end of the cycle and then whole can bent. Contents didn't spill but lid wasn't properly severed the entire perimeter. I was going to send it back but wife wants to keep it. I use a tried & true manual can opener myself. It uses 4 AA batteries. Maybe with use it'll work better. It cannot be washed easily because it cannot be immersed in water due to batteries.I tried it first time on a tuna fish can. It encircled the can but didn't cut the lid off. Toucan
What a great experience I have with the Toucan. WOW, it is truly the best can opener every made. It only take 2 double batteries to operate. I still have the original batteries in my toucan and it still do exactly what the commericial say it will do beyond a doubt. I'm like millions of other customers that goes out and try to find the a good can opener just to be disappointed after a couple uses. But the toucan goes around the can just once and the top comes off easy plus the top can easily be put back on the can to store in the fridge and use over and over again. What a great gift to have. What a life saver in the kitchen. And it's fun to watch it work. A wonderful technology.What a great experience I have with the Toucan. WOW, it is truly the best can opener every made. Was excited to get this for my wife because she has a hard time opening cans using our Pampered Chef opener. When we got this used it for the first time, it did not lift off the lid. Neither one of us can pry the lid off using our thumbs. We have to take the Pampered Chef opener and use the little "gripper" to pry off the lid. So now we need to openers to open a can, if we use the Toucan. It is a waste of batteries!Was excited to get this for my wife because she has a hard time opening cans using our Pampered Chef opener.
