This type of Monistat vaginal cream insertion device has a tubular construction to keep hands and fingers clean during the application. The medication within each ovule disrupts the growth of the fungus. Each of the plastic Monistat vaginal applicators is disposable and can be thrown into a waste can. There are also four cooling soothing wipes that can ease any burning or itching sensation. The active ingredients in this Monistat vaginal yeast infection ovule include Miconazole Nitrate 2 percent, which is a vaginal antifungal drug. The active drug in the vaginal cream is also Miconazole Nitrate. The inactive drugs of this product include Gelatin, Glycerin, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil Base, Titanium Dioxide, External Cream: Benzoic Acid, Cetyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Myristate, Polysorbate 60, Potassium Hydroxide, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, and Stearyl Alcohol. This over-the-counter medicine for yeast infections is designed to end your days of dealing with irritating skin conditions and provide you with relief of your symptoms.
