I bought this as my second pair from seller and battery would last only 7 mins. So I returned it and the seller was great in every way. So fix my old pair with battery drain for 2yrs. Easy fix.. reset each bud at a time. Turn everything off on the Sony app including ANC. Voices assist. Every f4kin thing off. Now I get about 2hrs of listening time. Fast postage too. Thank you sir in communication. 👍

However, the item proved to be not as described in the ad, and has been returned to seller. Apparently the fault was with a third party (unnamed) supplier, who apologised for the error. The seller was generous in an offer of compensation, which was not accepted, and I do not consider that he was responsible for the error..
