    I had 'chatted' with someone to confirm the details of this bag and they were very responsive. I placed the order based on the information shared and the bag arrived in 2-days.     The wedge was as described in the description -- truly mint condition! The packaging was very light on the bubble wrap to protect the club head and there was no padding or protection for the shaft, but thankfully the item arrived without any damage. Shipping time was 10 days.

    Good Buy-Give it a try

    It has worked good for me. I was skeptical at purchase but thought I would give it a try. Pleasantly surprised how well it gripped the ball. Doesn't take much room in the golf bag

    Actual length of retriever.

    the length is a little deceiving, it is suppose to be 10 feet long. It is actually only 79 inches long. after a little research the 10 feet includes you arm length. If you want a 10 foot long ball retriever buy one that is 14 feet long. The actual retriever will be 10 feet long.,

    Not durable

    I have had many retrievers over the years and I really liked the concept of this retriever. Loved the size of it as well. But I only used it two times and when I was pushing down on the ball to grab it, it bent a little. When I tried to bend it back, it broke right in half.

    Ok purchase

    The 10 foot reach is a little misleading due to ones thinking that it is 10 foot long rather than seven foot long and the length of your makes it a 10 foot reach. Other than that it does the job.
