After my original feedback the seller reached out to me with a genuine apology and wanted to make it right with a partial refund. I truly appreciated them reaching out and wanting to make things right as this is rare amongst eBay sellers. Despite the negative impression at first I can gladly say after cleaning the product and getting the rca inputs cleared, I tested the product and it works as it should.

Decent product for the money
I have installed this unit in my travel trailer and have spent a little time checking out the different features, but have not used it on a camping trip yet. The one issue I have with it so far that I have seen others complain about is the volume. When the knob is turned completely off, you can still hear sound in the background, and there is a considerable jump in volume between off and the first position of the volume knob. This is seems like it could be annoying, will have to see how it goes camping. Other features seem to work well, radio, DVD player, Bluetooth connection. Great value for the money!
The only issue that we had with it is that it is specifically designed for an automobile or driveable RV. Our RV is a 5th wheel, so we had to rig electrical to get power to the unit via a converter! Once we mastered that issue, it has worked like a gem. Great sound quality and DVD player! Completely worth the cost, even with the mild headache of the wiring.

has great features if could hear it work properly
looked like unit was new in box . when hooked up as instructions, would not work as it should. most of the 3 zones did not work . when using remote found out it had battery already installed . remote worked . I feel someone may have purchased the unit to replace matching unit and just plugged it in and found out did not work as should . could not determine quality of sound or other functions because speakers would not work as stereo sound , balance control, treble and so on. would need to hear one already installed and functioning to determine quality of sound .looked like unit was new in box . when hooked up as instructions, would not work as it should. most of the 3 zones did not work . when using remote found out it had battery already installed . remote worked . PLRVST400 FULL FEATURED YET COMPACT
My RV stereo receiver arrived in excellent condition, safely packaged and delivery just as promised. It was not too difficult to install as a replacement for our original camper unit. Hubby fabricated a cover to set it into since the footprint is smaller than the original stereo. I'm not especially tech savvy, so it took me a couple tries to understand the settings process, but now I'm excited to say it works great! The sound is good. The remote works well from across the room. Definitely new in box, but when powered up, no sound from speakers. Tried reset button on front panel, but didn't help. Then tried 'factory reset' sequence in manual, and finally got sound out of the speakers. It looks like it had lost all its settings. Hopefully, it won't happen again, but at least I now know how to fix it. Even though model number matches, the front panel is not as shown on the website. Perhaps this is an older model. Front panel buttons are a bit hard to push. The quality is pretty much what you'd expect for the low price.Definitely new in box, but when powered up, no sound from speakers.
