not worth the effort
after watching a video and seeing others explode eggs, we follow all direction to the letter. Still no success. we didn't explode any eggs, however, of the 8 eggs two of us attempted only 2 were usable as deviled eggs. the rest became egg salad. Doesn't Work!
I had this for over a month before I had a need to use it. I happily committed to doing 3 dozen (72) deviled eggs for a friends party. I volunteered because I was sure it would be a breeze with this new device. NO GO! The device totally failed and I had to tediously hand peel 36 eggs. I mentioned this to my daughter who admitted to buying one several months earlier. Her's didn't work either. They wound up using the accordion to unstop their stopped up drains. It worked for that! Why did I wait to buy this?
The Eggstractor works so well, I wish I had bought it when it first came out. I love hard boiled eggs, and use them a lot in egg salad sandwiches, ham salad, macaroni salad, deviled eggs, pickled eggs, etc. I can't tell you how many hours I've wasted peeling eggs over the years. But the Eggstractor has ended ALL of that. I recently boiled the last 6 eggs I had in the house. I followed the directions included with the Eggstractor, and I peeled all 6 eggs faster than I normally can do 1, or *maybe* 2 if they are extremely easy to peel, which rarely happens. These eggs were flawless. No tears or holes in the egg whites. I didn't lose big chunks of the white stuck to the shell like usually happens. No! They were perfect! And so quick. And it's so easy to clean up. Just toss the egg shells (I compost mine), rinse the Eggstractor under the water and let it dry in the dish drainer. I will now start using a lot of eggs again like I did in the past before I got burned out peeling them. Now it's a breeze. Takes too long
Takes too long. You have to let eggs set in ice water for 10 minutes. If you are not pressed for time I guess it is OK. But I have the egg steamer and the eggs peel just fine and fast after they have been steamed hard boiled.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Read instruction
Tried it the first time and it worked prfectly once you follow instructions. Real Fresh eggs are a problem because the air bubble at the bottom is small. Store bought eggs worked the best. You have to make sure the top membrane of the egg is punctured and the bottom membrane is pierced too. Does not work
I followed the directions that came with it and it did not work, thought the eggs were too big, used large eggs, not the problem, used medium eggs did not work, it just blew the eggs apart, my husband and I both tried it and did not work. Garbage
My wife and I carefully read the instructions, boiled some eggs, cooled them down, pierced the inner skin and cracked the end of the eggs as we tried unsuccessfully to EGGSTRACT the cooked egg from the shell. SAVE YOUR MONEY..
I was very excited to use this product... I put about a dozen egs in the water and boiled them..
