Product Information

Super Smash Bros. is a four-player brawler that pits popular Nintendo characters in comical combat situations throughout well-known locales. Fighters include Mario, Link, Donkey Kong, Yoshi, Samus Aran, Kirby, Fox McCloud, Pikachu, and four bonus characters waiting to be unlocked. You'll battle outside such venues as Hyrule Castle, Yoshi's Island, the Congo Jungle, Planet Zebes, Sector Z, Peach's Castle, Dream Land, and Saffron City. Gamers can brawl their way through the single-player mode, or challenge up to three friends in four multiplayer game types: "Stock" (limited number of lives), "Stock Team" (teams share limited lives), "Time" (knock off as many players as you can within the time limit), and "Time Team" (timed team battles). The single-player option features bonus rounds, boss battles, and unusual fighting situations across 11 levels. Players will square off against multiple Yoshis, try to knock over a gigantic Donkey Kong, and even slug it out against an enormous hand. In addition to each character's distinctive moves (such as Mario's fireball or Samus Aran's screw attack), various weapons and power-ups can be used in each stage. These items appear randomly and include beam swords, baseball bats, fans, turtle shells, and hammers. The goal throughout each stage is to knock rival characters completely off the playing field by using basic moves such as throws, shields, projectile attacks, and melee attacks. Progress is automatically saved to cartridge, and the Rumble Pak accessory is supported for vibration feedback.

    OK, this was a great experience but first on buying from this seller and I gotta admit I got it early too and I’m glad it came out in really good condition. It was packed package right too. It was as I just as it looks described in good condition and everything and I gotta admit like somebody really valued it real good cause the fact is it was in good condition even though it scratched up a little bit but still good condition and I’m glad I give you five stars

    Chain saw was in great new condition but would not run. I tried 3 batteries. Seller was very understanding and cooperative. The box looks new in the picture but was very beat up when delivered. I am not sure what happened during shipping but box was torn, dented and stained. I will definitely keep this seller in mind for future purchases because they have such a large selection of great items. They were quick to respond to my issue and very helpful with the return process.

    My #1 Favorite Super Smash Bros. Series (the Original 1999 Version)

    I love this 1999 Super Smash Bro. as my #1 Favorite Super Smash Bros. Series cuz it's the only 1990s Super Smash Bros. (the Original Super Smash Bros Game). i love this 1999 Version better than all other series also better than the 2nd Version from 2001.

    I have always wanted this game!

    Man, I can't believe that I had to wait till I was an adult just to be able to afford this game. It is awesome! I have the ultra HDMI kit on my N64 and this game looks very good on on my 4k tv. It's a must have for anyone who is either becoming a collector or just someone like me who just wants to own the games he or she never got to play as a kid. I'm 33 now and have 3 kids who happen to be enjoying all the game consoles I have been able to grab along with my wife so it did take me some time to find a good deal on it. Next is all the Mario Party Games.

    It works, it works!

    It works, no errors, just like new so far. The way it was originally package, while not like the traditional box it was vacuum sealed that indicated that it was handled and maintened well to run like brand new. The moment I put the game cartridge into my ol N64 that still runs, 1st time I put the cartridge in, it immediately turns on and plays like intended. Good job and this is legit, and at an affordable price, it's well worth it if you are a retro video gamer.

    This Japanese version is great! Requires modifying cartridge or game console.

    This was a great purchase this cartridge does not fit in the USA model Nintendo unless you modify the Nintendo or in my case I modified the cartridge, which was easy to do with the right tools. The Japanese version had all of the characters included and it is also in English minus a few introductory pages of Japanese letters. Great game for a great price!

    Works Perfectly

    The packaging the item came in was awesome. We have played it for family game night almost every night. It is nostalgic for the 90’s kids in the house and the younger kids really enjoy playing it as well. It has been played for hours and has had no problems at all.
