Highly recommeded album
This is one of my favorite Pink Floyd albums. I like it so much; this is the 3rd one I have bought over the years! I used the other two so much I scratched them. I did have a copy of the second CD, which wasn't scratched, but I really just wanted a good used 2 CD album to rip to my computer. This album goes well beyond just the well known, "Brick in the Wall." If I had to pick only one album of any artist to listen to while deserted on a desert island....this would be it! I have found Pink Floyd is popular with just about any age person. My children love them, as well.

Pink Floyd "The Wall" is a great collector's CD set to share with any generation!!
Hearing each song and piece in this double CD set is worth playing over and over!! Not only does it bring back great memories, but it allows people to enjoy great talent, artwork, and timeless quality music!!

Essential listening.
Pink Floyd at their best. This album moves from quiet reflection, to searing metal anthems, from pop to bombast. The themes and subject matter in the Wall, deal with emotions and feelings that are universal. Loneliness, betrayal, fear, pain, and ultimately hope. This album should be listened to from start to finish, as it takes the listener on a journey into the mind of a musician struggling with relationships, trying to find his place in a world where he doesn't seem to belong. While Dark Side of the Moon may be the emergence of Pink Floyd as something truly unique in the music world, this concept album raises them from unique to undisputed masters of blending imagery, ideas, and sound into a concoction that is much more than the sum of it's parts. Each member of the band seems to have been at their musical peak on this album and deliverers his very best. This may very well be one of the best albums of music ever recorded. Shame I could only give it 5 stars, it deserves at least 10.

Disc works perfectly. Case was broken but I wasn't expecting it to be in great shape anyway. Brochure inside was fine.

The Wall is my favorite album by Pink Floyd
I heard the 26 tracks MP3 digital download version of The Wall by Pink Floyd from Groove Music, but this double CD album was re-issued in 1997 of the 1979 digitally remastered groundbreaking album and I just so excited about this CD coming to the mailbox on shipping and delivery from Kennewick, Washington to Sherman, Texas!!!!!!! I loved this album from Pink Floyd, The Wall is a very good double CD, amazing storytelling with songs and lyrics was written by Roger Waters, who wrote all the 26 songs on this album except 3 songs, Young Lust and Comfortably Numb with David Gilmour and The Trial with Bob Ezrin. Amazing production on this CD well produced by Grammy Award winning producer and music engineer, James Guthrie and conducted perfectly by film composer, Michael Kamen.

An excellent set of CDs and jewel cases for the price. Just like new and sounds great.
The Wall is an old familiar work by Pink Floyd that is known around the world. I've enjoyed it for many years and I will continue to enjoy it for years to come now that I have the CDs.

Excelent CD
The Wall is one of the best from Pink Floyd. The music journey, the arrengements and the songs are really perfect. Highly Recomended for all Classic Rock Fans.

The Wall Pink Floyd ! used!
Supposedly a used product. It appeared to be completely brand new to me other than the usual outer cellophane seal material not being present. A nice addition to my library.
