The Best Eye Cream

I love this product
I have been using Neutrogena Healthy Skin eye cream for about five years. I just put a small amount under each eye and carefully spread it out, including on the creases next to my eyes. It smooths the skin under and around my eyes and helps lessen the appearances of dark circles. It allows makeup to go one smoothy. GREAT for contact wearers!

My Favorite Eye Cream...
