Great for minor corrections
Although designed as correction papers for old fashioned typewriters, they are also extremely useful for correcting small errors in hand-written letters/reports/designs/ drawings etc. Unlike the liquid which covers the error in a smear, you can cover very small areas easily by the 'rub down' method - i.e. using a pencil over the paper to follow the incorrect line and so cover it up. The surface of paper corrections are not as glossy as liquid ones either, so can be easily be written or drawn over.
