Battery operated Alarms NAME Brand
UPgraded ALL Alarms in my House to bring up to Code. These are very well Priced. I always research Prices at multiple Websites/Box Stores. Name brand. Only buy NEW on EBAY. A Website of Sellers you can ALWAYS trust. Packed/Shipped well. If your lazy and don't want to replace ANYTHING that is Battery operated, these aren't for you.

Check enclosed battery before installing.
The alarm works great, however it came with a battery that expired 11-2021, which I was not aware of. After installation it sounded off with a large horn alert, that I called 911, fearing that I had a gas leak. After firemen arrived they discovered there was no leak but that the battery had expired thus causing the alarm to go off.

Can't say anymore
As far as I can tell it works just fine. And one of the most important was the easy opening packaging. I bought this to replace the same model I had so the screws to hang it would be in the same place.

Very well satisfied.
Used this model for a long time. It warns you when it is outdated, fits the exact screws as the old one did. That means a lot to me.

Just what I needed 2 replace ones from 2012.
Looks like my older model but uses a 9 volt battery I stead of 2 AAs. Old ones kept going off. So time 2 replace.

this model i bought matched my old one only it is a newer version. dont need to change the mount.
