The Epitome of Femininity
This review is for the VINTAGE formula of Yves St Laurent Paris, not any of the newer ones (they changed the formula). If you can find one of the older, cut glass bottles with the red cap, please buy one! This fragrance debuted in the 1980’s, and for a while it was so popular that it was cliche to wear (sort of like the Clinique Happy of 1987). My mother wore this perfume, and to this day the fragrant bouquet of roses and violet it conjures up will always remind me of her getting ready for a night out to the opera, or the symphony. I love the musky base of this perfume, and I think it compliments my pH well. Do not apply directly to the skin, as this is a very strong fragrance. Beautiful Smell. Timeless floral scent. The Yves Saint Laurent scent was introduced in the year 1983 and is a superb blend of floral and woody notes to bring to you a composition that is an expression of love and warmth. At the top the fragrance consists of heady yet subtle notes of Orange Blossom, Rose, Mimosa and Geranium. Orris Root flirts with Violet, Lily, Rose, Jasmine and Ylang-Ylang at the center. Fragrance not what I remember it to be.
I have always loved Paris by Yves Saint Laurent Eau de Toilette spray. It has been many years since I last purchased Paris so decided to buy it. I remember Paris having a lighter more subtle floral fragrance. The one I received has a strong fragrance - after applying, it takes a few minutes to calm down. My favorite fragrance
I purchase this from Ebay for a couple of reasons. It is my favorite fragrance and many department stores have stopped carrying it. I can usually find it for a good price as well. quite, peaceful and pleasant fragrance.
Paris appears to your sense of love. Paris is unmatched by all other product. It has a pleasant rose fragrance. I've worn it for years and often times I am asked what it is that I am wearing. There was a time I would just say, "Paris": however, now it is important that I say "Paris by Yves Saint Laurent". Paris

Disappointed. Very little fragrance.
