Product Information

Virtua Fighter 5 allows gamers to become one of 17 existing gladiators or take on a completely new persona by creating a character from scratch. Players may customize four separate costumes with a variety of accessories and weapons that feature a list of special abilities or are purely for aesthetic purposes. However, a ten-point system restricts the amount of items players can equip. Each trinket has a set point worth and once ten is reached no more items may be added to the fighter. Gamers can earn money for additional attire by winning matches and tournaments.<br><br>The existing avatars come from previous titles in the series and include newcomers El Blaze and Eileen. Each duelist comes to the ring with their own fighting style and finishing moves. In terms of gameplay, players have four modes to select from including "Dojo," "Arcade," "Replay," and "Versus." "Replay" records the brawl between two computer-guided characters for later viewing. Multiplayer action is available for two-player competitive action in a variety of environment based on real locations.

    My console would load to main menu but wouldn’t load disc into gameplay, will be looking into resurfacing the disc. Leaving positive feedback as this was still a good deal, the item was shipped on time and in protective bubbled envelope. Item was as described in description and shown in pictures, that’s just the luck of the draw sometimes with old games/consoles. Great seller

    A fun game to de-stress to after a long day!

    This is the perfect fighting game for those who want intense fighting without the blood. The game offers a variety of characters from a Jeet Kun Do racecar driver to a judo assassin. The game offers challenges such as the classic arcade mode to the quest mode, which is an extremely fun collection of endless challengers. The game is difficult even on easy mode. It puts up a great challenge and helps one de-stress after a long day. The graphics are high definition, and the backgrounds are breathtaking. The disc, booklet, and case came in good condition. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

    best entry in a dearly departed fighting game series

    one of my favorite games in my favorite genre. and despite it's age it holds up really well. not as shiny or cool or flashy as tekken, soul calibur or street fighter series but easily as good when it comes to polish and balance. i wish this series was still around for next gen consoles. i'm glad i got to play this game again after my xbox 360 crapped out. and xb1 only made VF5 FS playable which is inferior to this version of the game in every way.

    Awesome game with lots of fighters and skills to play with.

    Excellent graphics and game play modes. A lot of playable entries that will add more fun and entertainment. Game controls are not so hard to learn with different skills and fighting styles among fighters.
