Light failure
The ring is hard to hear and already our light base in our bedroom don’t light up making it difficult to find during calls at nightI could swap it for another phone but that’s not the point it should after 4 weeks work. Sorry but that’s how I see it.

Not a great phone trio compared to BT Essential modem model, these are very basic.

Good quality reasonably priced
Good quality and functions as described. Though the answer machine message a little disappointing it lacks the clarity of my previous BT similar model.

Battery problem
Haven't answered the above questions because on receipt none of the phones worked, It turned out there was NO pull out to activate the batteries, and they were all dead. Luckily I had some rechargeable batteries, so once replaced it now works fine.
