This is the first negative purchase I have received. All others have come in beautiful condition and one other seller wrote me ahead of time and said she spied a spot and asked if I still wanted it and I told her no. Skirt was in sealed package. I responded to first contact and offered the buyer a full refund and she could keep skirt. But she already left negative feedback. She agreed to remove negative feedback but never did. I describe and take pictures of all items I sell. If there is a problem that I missed I offer a full refund and let buyer keep item.
