Inexpensive but high quality image and audio
Using this camera among a set of 5 reolink 5mp cameras. This one is above my front door and it has really great quality video, an excellent microphone, was easy to setup, and works with blue iris. I have no complaints at all. Reolink really needs to get their name out there because they are producing cameras that are equivalent to all the big names in home security, but their products are much cheaper. Don't be afraid to take a chance on this camera or any other reolink camera as I've been majorly impressed and I've been using and researching security cameras for around 4 years now.Using this camera among a set of 5 reolink 5mp cameras. A nice camera for the money.
I bought four of these cameras, two bullet and two of the dome type. They were the POE IP type. So no extra power wiring. They were easy to set up and worked instantly with my surveillance system. I use Blue Iris software. The software found the cameras right away. They also have their own software which works good, so if you are off site and want to check a camera from your phone, you can do that. Great Surveillance Equipment
The RLC-420-5MP performance has surpassed my expectations (video quality is amazing). The ability to record motion-triggered events to a memory card (not included) on the camera itself is awesome! The installation/configuration was straight forward. The camera can be configured using a web browser or the Reolink Client software (available for PC/Mac and Android/iOS). Although the included manual lacks detailed information on all the features of the camera, the online tutorials found on the support page (https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/) more than makes up for this. Pretty good cameras for the price
These are pretty decent cameras for the price (~$40). I have 4 of them and they work well and are well-suited for outdoor use. The cameras also have a pretty good interface, accessible from a browser. They work fine with NVR software like Blue Iris, Zoneminder, etc.

Read this before ordering because you may choose a different product
On Reolink's site they talk about IP cameras with h.265 compression from 720p-4k cameras and when looking at this particular camera nothing stood out that it was ONLY h.264 which in turn will use much larger files than the newer codec compression. Google reolink h265-ip-cameras-buying-guide for this info. I will say that support has been responding usually every 24 hours to each question although I have had to repeat information sometimes for them to respond.
