The keyboard was in a cardboard box with no protection, and one end of the box had come loose. The delivery driver asked me if everything was still there. The keyboard and cable were there, so I said I think so. With nothing to buffer the keyboard inside the box, I am sure it took a beating before getting to me. Package better and you'll be a top-notch seller.
