The item was packaged immaculately, genuinely couldnt be improved on (item was bubble wrapped and placed in a box, then a second box was used to protect everything in transit), you're safe buying collectors items from this seller and knowing it'll make its way to you in the same condition the seller packaged it.   Arrived well on time, securely wrapped & packed, great condition, looks better than the photos do, excellent quality as you'd expect from lego, price very high (as it has been retired) but much lower than some of the same models, as they say "it's only worth as much as you're prepared to pay for it " & as it completes my star wars helmet collection (till new ones are released later this year) I bought it, great experience thanks to the seller.
