They ended up eating the cost of the shipping though because it came separately. The item however was more worn and yellow than I felt was shown in the photos. They accepted the return and refunded promptly. Would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again. Sorry this didn't work out, but still a quality seller.

Turned out they forgot to even send the parcel and I waited a decent amount of time. When I asked for them to just send it and not to worry about the wait they refunded me and then stopped contact. I have rebought the product and asked for confirmation four times over two weeks now and have still had no reply. Atrocious service. I will consider changing this review if they actually fixed this.
