Genuine Canon CLI 271 Ink is the only ink I will use
I had another Canon printer about 10 years ago, and after the original ink cartridges ran out, I decided to go the cheaper route and buy "compatible" cartridges for my printer. Big Mistake! I had so many problems with my printer after that. I wasted so much precious Canon high-quality photo paper, not to mention the time I spent trying to "fix" the problem. I promised to never buy compatible ink cartridges again after I had to buy a new printer. What a difference that made! Now when I run out of ink, I just pop in a new Canon cartridge with confidence, knowing that my printer will be working beautifully in just a few seconds. The 3 Pack Value Pack inks are a great value, especially the XL size because the cartridges last so much longer.
