I wasnt rudly but you was texting me messages with so abusive words even blaiming, that i wasnt posted your parcel and that was real lying as im buying postage labels via the eBay service (Packlink) straight away after purchase. Any way your purchase was fully refunded and still you will get your product after some time if postage wasnt lost in ISRAEL

Their employee always ignores knocks on the door and simply throws the package through the back door onto the concrete slab. He ignored the "Fragile" sign.
