However, and no fault of the seller, the small package arrived too late for the designated event - throughout there was only one message from Royal Mail which, with neither apology nor information about a new date said that delivery was “delayed”.

Fabric was 99% wool as described. But I returned it because it didn't fit. I have a jacket from the same brand, same size, that fits perfectly but this one was very different. This is a big problem when buying second hand online, and why I would like to see more sellers putting precise garment measurements in their description. It's great that this seller accepts returns.
