Item was obviously used, including dirt and some sort of sticky substance covering item. packaging was obviously opened and not new inbox. contacted seller and negotiated a partial refund. he asked me to wait a few days to where he could send me money as he didn't have any at the moment. I agreed but then when said day came message seller again and he refused to honor agreement. I would not recommend buying from seller.

Inside the package the battery and the battery charger was missing. The only reason I didn’t opt for a return is, because I have an important shoot coming up luckily I was able to purchase the battery and the charger on Amazon prime shipping. Buyers BEWARE of this seller and proceed with caution before buying. I will not be buying from this seller again! You have the options to return a product for a full refund but making up stories to slow competition or whatsoever the motive is insanity.
