We have also tried to communicate with the buyer about specific issues regarding our products. However, the buyer's attitude was ambiguous and they were unable to clearly point out

I was lucky that the item shipped so quickly, it arrived just in time and as described! Make sure you give yourself enough time before needing the package, since the customs process sometimes takes much longer.
