Easy to use, and produces excellent results.
I had an Panasonic bread maker before which lasted well for quite a few years. My new one is equally as good, if not better, and I. have already had some lovely bread made in it. This machine has produced some excellent bread. It doesn't seem to have an option to bake only. One of the loaves I made looked perfect other than it hadn't been cooked at all just kneeded and risen. Larger than our old bread maker and fewer recipes
No doubt this is a great bread maker, but coming from our older SD-257 this new unit is larger, has fewer recipes in the book, lacks the Italian and Sandwich bread functions which I used frequently, the controls are less intuitive and the instructions are poor - the latter recipes list various numbers for different programs which are different for different models. Personally I find this is a step backwards and I’m a little disappointed so far, especially in regards to the lack of provided recipes. I’m handing out old machine down to a family member and will miss it.

A great machine
I bought this machine due to my love of bread and figured healthier due to no preservatives etc. Machine is brilliant, simple to use, easy to clean and wow the bread is the best I’ve ever had. Especially the loaves with egg mixed in 😍

Don't compromise
Sure, you can get cheaper machines, but if your goal is to save money then carry on buying shop bread. If you want high quality, put the initial investment into a quality machine.
