Save a little money still get ubiquinol.
It's basically like the other one that I buy except for it has 100mg less CQ10 and it does not have the O megas. Because I take so many omega I figured I get probably enough so I cut back on that so that I would get a better price. The others are just more expensive & I don't think necessary. I have been taking this now for 10 days and my breathing is SO much better than what it was. I've been taking 300mg a day and it has made a big difference.
