Wow!
It's only a 7 minute workout, but what a workout! I felt the burn and was sore as all get out the next day. If you need to exercise and either don't have the time or real desire to do so, this is the DVD for you!

Not want I expected
Good workout if you are 18-25 and fit for the olympics. Didn't work for me a female over 40. Did not offer alternate moves or modified moves.

Hip Hop DVD
Don't recommend this one, because it's based on short commercial segments of exercise. I recomnend the original and new one CIZE. Just ordered it.
