I opened an ebay case and after much delay loveourprices2 said they couldn't provide a label but would give a refund if I closed the case. I kept the case open as I couldn't trust them and ebay has now refunded me. The unwanted book goes to charity. It seems loveourprices2 don't actually have the products they offer and will delay hoping that you go away. Avoid.

It only had to travel 60 mile!. It finally arrived this morning with a Royal Mail 48 hour post label, so took a month to finally dispatch

Here it was exactly what I wanted, plus being pristine and new, as described. It took a little while to arrive, as it was clearly coming thru to the company from the States, but it was well worth the wait. It also arrived nicely and safely wrapped. I took photographs and attached them to the seller to make them aware, with a message. They resolved the issue by giving me a partial refund, which I was happy with. Well packaged. Once dispatched, quick delivery. Good communication. Value for money.
