Great Old Western
I thought I knew all there was to know about "the wedding of the rails" in Northern Utah. My great grandfather took the famous photo of the event. There was soo much politics, blood shed, and history that was new to me. Great action movie.
An oldie but a goodie !!!!! This production was great in 1939, & it still shows today in 2020. You will not be disappointed folks. It is worth every penny. Go to Neflix, & watch {{{{ Hell On Wheels }}}}, Union Pacific was the 1st movie to show how the railroads opened-up the country to development & progress. Cheers. The UP DVD is about history. Then when you have a couple of former Railroad Police Officers, it adds to the history of the film.

OLDIE BUT A GOODIE
Once you get by the age of this flick, you can enjoy the performances of several veteran actors in parts that aren't particularly well written or well staged.
