LIONEL 1122 Non-Derailing Switches
These switches (also sometimes called turnouts) are best mage by Lionel as they are “non derailing “ No.1122 meaning if one is set for straight & a train approaches from the inner curved direction, the mechanism automatically corrects so no derailment occurs. They’re sturdy, require minimal maintenance besides an occasional bulb replacement. However, expect to replace wires from the controllers as Lionel’s 3 conductor wire usually got brittle & broke off the connectors. Not correct not right and left
