Tragedy
Diann is the "Martyr" for all the beasts of the wild. It is apparent these Gorillas are much more evolved than we Homo Sapians , as they live their life's without guns, violence, and Wars. The book punches you in the gut, and Dr. James Watson codiscoverer of the "Double Helix" and Nobel Peace Prize winner was drummed out of medicine for basically saying not every single species evolve at the same rate. He said Africa was about 150,000 years behind Westerners, only using pure science to come up to this conclusion. No, Science nowadays take political correctness trumps facts, and that is exactly the reason Diann Fossey is no longer with us. This book is but a celebration of one woman's life who was extraordinary, but for that God blessed her with Heaven. Diann was not a product of evolution, but surely God. I am not real sure the primitive men who snuffed out her life stood on the evolutionary ladder, for those that believe in such nonsense. Whether Fossey or Goodall, never assume that these two wonderful women did not feel the hand of God, as He was elated what they dedicated their lives to. The beast that He Created. Yes, This is a book not about Gorillas, but about the reactions we have to the gentle creatures that inhabit this orb. We must realize if there is evolution, then we are complete failures, and that includes screeners of comments, the bottom feeders of the internet.

A wonderful book! Very informative on gorillas in their habitat!
Dian Fossey was an amazing anthropologist! She opened the way for many scholars in this field. We understand better now the life and the habits of the gorillas in their natural habitat. Let’s keep them safe in years to come. A great book to read!
