Wonderful last movie for a wonderful actor!
This is a great movie, kind of a character study, really. Has a small-town western vibe. The kind of grouchy old man has a lot of takes on life, some of which might be autobiographical. Even get to hear him sing! He has a great voice! He was 90 years old when he made this movie. Look how tall he is standing! I think most would like the movie...if not, move on to violence or some other kind of movie.

Wow. Just Wow.
I'm not sure if it was Harry Dean Stanton's acting that was so good or if he was just being himself at an advanced age.. If it was the former, he was a master at his craft. If you are a "thinker" you will likely enjoy this movie and take a valuable message from it - likewise if you're feeling pensive, down or maybe a little lost. If you just want to be entertained, this one isn't for you. What I took away from this movie is that, the sum-total of YOUR life's experience comes down to what you carry with you (aka life is what you make of it). After the movie ended, I just sat in my seat and pondered what I just witnessed. It was a thought-provoking movie and I wish there were more like this.

Harry Dean Stanton at his best ever
Harry Dean Stanton's last performance and magnificent. This is a show that will make you smile at the end. Not much action at all. Not much dialogue either. Does not need any of that. A lovely, entertaining look at life through the eyes of an aging man who makes his own life just wonderful. David Lynch (Twin Peaks) is one of the actors, and it was directed by his son.

Best movie will ever
Harry Dean Stanton's masterpiece and John Carroll Lynch absolutely slays it with the directing. Bravo. Life changing.

"Lucky"
To most people, they like action in their movies. But I loved this movie because it was heart warming. About a older man "Lucky" with a fear of dying. He discovers through out his little journey, that death is just part of life and that we have to embrace it.

"Lucky" to own it
This movie is one that captures your attention and won't let go . Once I wised up to the message within, I thought about it for a while. Then I ordered it. Now I own it. I watched it again. He's a great actor.

Lucky
It's a good movie at an exorbitant price considering the movie had a $4.97 price tag still on it and I was charged $11.92 for it. Never again.
