Unfortunately, I received the wrong model but obviously mistakes do happen, no problem with that. The important thing was that the seller was understanding, apologetic and obviously only too willing to remedy the situation to my complete satisfaction. Communication was almost instant and a satisfactory conclusion was reached in an amicable manner. I'm very happy with the binoculars, the best I've ever had. I would have no hesitation in recommending.
